The van has a laminate kitchen which was only installed four years ago, upright oven (4 burner top), overhead exhaust fan, lots of cupboards, bench space and a large pantry.  Kitchen comes with microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. There is also a dining area which can fit approx 4 - 6 people.  This can also convert to a single bed.  The main bedroom has a double bed with some storage.

The annex has an air conditioner, 2 and half seater couch (converts to a double bed), set of single bunks with a pull out trundle, wardrobe, 2 door fridge, large TV and TV cabinet.

Just off the annex is an ensuite - shower, toilet, laundry trough and a washing machine.  A hot water system installed by current owner, only 12 months ago.

Outside you have a shed, great for extra storage.  Outdoor table & 6 chairs.  BBQ and gas bottle.   Large flyover.
